How it works
Four steps between choosing a piece and receiving it — and a human checks your artwork before anything is engraved.
1. Customize your engraving
Choose a piece and type your text. The preview updates as you type, so you can see how the engraving sits on the award before committing to it. Each piece has a character limit set by the size of its engraving area — when you reach it, the text scales rather than overflowing.
Preview text shows in black for legibility. On finished crystal, laser engraving appears frosted white.
2. Place your order
Checkout is handled by Shopify, and you pay in cash when the order is delivered. Your engraving details travel with the order, so nothing gets transcribed by hand along the way.
Nothing is engraved at this stage.
3. Approve your proof
We email you a proof showing exactly what will be engraved. Check the spelling, the dates, the names. Reply with any changes and we will send a revised proof.
Production only begins once you confirm. If you chose logo engraving, this is also when we check the file you emailed us and tell you whether it will engrave cleanly.
4. We engrave and ship
Your piece is laser engraved, inspected by hand, and packed in protective packaging. Standard production is 3–5 business days after proof approval, plus shipping.
Ordering more than one
Bulk pricing starts at 25 pieces on most items. For events with a list of recipients, send us the names and we will handle the engraving variations and proof the whole set at once.
