Shipping & returns

Production starts when you approve your proof, not when you order. Single pieces take 3–5 business days after approval; bulk runs take 7–10 business days.

If you have a fixed event date, tell us before ordering so we can confirm it is achievable.

We ship across the United States. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Crystal is heavy and ships packed to survive transit — please keep the outer packaging until you have inspected the piece.

Engraved pieces are made to order and cannot be resold, so they are final sale and we cannot accept returns for change of mind. This is why we send a proof and wait for your approval before engraving anything.

Blank, un-engraved pieces can be returned unused in their original packaging within 14 days.

If a piece arrives damaged, or the engraving does not match the proof you approved, that is our error and we will replace it at no cost. Email clickmygift@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the piece and the outer packaging.
